About Genesis
Music has always been in my bloodline
Being able to make one evening the most memorable night for two people coming together is a joy — providing a service that gets remembered for the rest of someone's life.
Born into it
My parents met in show business, traveling the US and singing in front of thousands. I was on stage singing by the age of three — it was a gift they were very proud of.
School, church & the Army
I kept performing through school, church choir and musical productions. After high school I enlisted in the US Army, and I even sang during my time stationed in Germany.
Genesis Productions
In 1995 I came home from my first overseas tour and found out my mother had built a full-blown DJ and karaoke business in Lake Geneva, WI — and named it after me.
Central Wisconsin
I married, moved to central Wisconsin, and my mom asked me to start a sister company to reach more people. Small karaoke gigs turned into my first wedding, and that is where I really shined.
Carrying it forward
After my mother passed from cancer I tried to step away. Friends and family kept asking — and the more I played, the more I remembered how much she loved making people happy. So I started the business back up.
